干渉を利用した波面計測
光学部品や精密機械部品の品質における需要は絶えず増え続けています 。 部品設計の開発における用途も同様で、レンズであれば軸上／軸外の像品質の 理論計算の必要性、機械加工部品であればその性能品質へのフィードバックが 求められています。高品質な計測技術は、複雑な設計部品の適用を製造段階で 検証するために不可欠なのです。
波面計測や干渉計測は、レンズであれば開口や視野角全域、被検部品の評価面全域にわたって要求される空間分解能に応じた結像や性能の品質を決定する目的に適した計測技術です。ＭＴＦ計測とは対照的に、品質の評価というだけでなく、 評価面全域における調整にも用いられます。

µPhase® 干渉計は反射部品や透過部品の高速で超精密な表面・波面ひずみの計測を提供します。部品の 材料はガラス、樹脂、金属、セラミックス等を問わず対応可能です。非接触な測定プロセスは被検体にダメージを与えることなく、提供される測定結果は、高度な品質管理の要求に応えます。
